Shipping Policy

We process your order upon receipt of your order confirmation email and ensure completion within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once we ship your order, we will notify you immediately. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping for all orders over $100!

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery within the covered area (refer to the image below) for just $5 for orders $20-35. For orders above $50, delivery is free.

In- Person Pickup

Avoid delivery fees by opting for free local pickup. Your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2-4 business days after selecting local pickup at checkout. We will notify you via email when your order is ready, providing instructions.

How do I check the status of my order? 

Once your order has been shipped, you will promptly receive an email notification containing a tracking number that can be utilized to monitor its progress.

Allow 48 hours for tracking to be available. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at roseessentialscollection@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can investigate.

Should you receive a damaged order, feel free to contact us at roseessentialscollection@gmail.com immediately. Kindly provide us with your order number and a photograph of the item's condition.
